Training.

Hands-on training that teaches your teams to use AI on their own work, not on toy examples.

Who it’s for

Business teams, engineers and leadership. We shape each session around the people in the room and the work they do.

How it runs

Before the session we talk to a few people from the team and collect real tasks from their week. Everyone brings one of those tasks, and most of the time goes into working on it, with us next to them. Sessions run on site or online, from half a day to two days.

We work in the tools you already have: ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot and Copilot Studio, or models running on your own servers.

What people learn

The heart of the training is taking one task from your own week and teaching AI to do it with you, step by step.

  1. Pick the right task: How to spot work AI handles well: it repeats, it follows rules you could write down, and you can tell a good result from a bad one. And which tasks to leave alone.

  2. Write it down as a skill: A skill is a short set of instructions, examples and files that teaches an assistant how you do one job, so you never explain it from scratch again. Everyone writes one for their own task, tests it and shares it with their team.

  3. Turn it into a workflow: Chain the steps together, connect the assistant to the documents and tools the work needs, and decide where a person checks the result before anything goes out.

  4. Test it before you trust it: Run it on real past cases, compare its answers with what you would have done, and fix the weak spots. This is the step most people skip.

The small things that make the difference

Most of what we teach is what you only learn by doing this many times:

  • Show it examples of good output, not just a description of it
  • Keep one skill to one job, and split it when it grows
  • Put the context it needs in files it can read, not in one long prompt
  • Ask it to show its sources and steps, so mistakes are easy to spot
  • Keep a handful of real cases to rerun every time you change something
  • Know what must never go into an outside tool, and where your data ends up

Other topics

  • AI security for technical teams: prompt injection, data leaks, and how to test an agent before it goes live
  • A one-hour talk or an industry report for leadership on where AI is heading and what it means for the business each month

What you get

Everyone leaves with a working skill or workflow built on their own task, plus the templates and checklists we used in the room.
