We start
by listening.
We sit down with your teams, see how the work really gets done, where the week goes and which numbers each team is measured on. Then we figure out together where AI can help most, and start there.
AI, grounded in your business
The right model, in the right place, working on the problems that matter to them.
Explore the three levelsWhy
New models arrive every month, and the best of them are available to everyone, including your competitors.
What they don’t have is your context: how your teams work, the decisions they make every day, what good looks like in your business. A model without that context gives generic answers. With it, it starts to work like one of your own people.
We help you put your context to work, and we make sure it stays yours.
From the surface down
Level 01 Tools
Use existing tools for everyday work.
We teach your teams to use AI on their own work.
Level 02 Workflows
We build the first systems with your team, test them against your own decisions, and help you own them end to end if you want.
Level 03 Models
Models aligned with your mission, running your workflows.
We pick the right model for each job, run it in the right place, and keep it running for you.
How we work
We sit down with your teams, see how the work really gets done, where the week goes and which numbers each team is measured on. Then we figure out together where AI can help most, and start there.
Before we build, we measure how the work is done today, and we measure again after.
A name with a history
1726 today
In Gulliver’s Travels (1726), Jonathan Swift sends Gulliver to the Grand Academy of Lagado. The professor shows him the Engine: a wooden frame twenty feet square, covered in blocks with words on them. Students turn forty iron handles to shuffle the words and write down any lines that make sense. With it, the professor says, anyone could write books on philosophy, poetry, law or mathematics without genius or study.
Swift meant it as a joke. Three hundred years later, the machine is real, and it’s changing how we live and work. We want to make sure it changes your company too.
